BIOGRAPHY
MJ Glickert has spent over 20 years in sales and logged thousands of hours training teams on what actually works. After selling his own company in May 2025, he jumped in to help a friend grow a fence business—mostly as a favor. Sixty days later, he was the #1 salesperson on the team. Turns out, selling works better when you’re honest, curious, and genuinely trying to help.
That experience sparked a simple idea: teach others MJ's values-first approach to sales. And that’s how the Happy to Help sales training system came to life.
